自制木筏，试图横渡琼州海峡

　　8月30日，一名男子乘坐自制的木筏，搭载着一辆摩托车欲横渡琼州海峡前往广东，被海口市公安局水上海岸派出所民警发现后及时制止。该男子告诉民警，为了省钱和便利，他要乘坐这只木筏横渡琼州海峡，而后再走陆路返回湖南的老家。
