　　IbelieveIslamicAwakeningisthebiggestissue（threat）tointernationalsecurity。AfeatureofIslammadeIslamicAwakeningabigthreatItcombinesreligionandpoliticasonesystem。Thepositivesideofthissystemis：itcanmakepeoplefollowthepoliticalleaderalsoasreligionleader。However，thenegativesideofthissystemis：somereligionextremistswillusesomereligioustocreatepoliticalactivitiestoachievetheirpersonalbenefits。SomeextremistsbelievesintheworldshouldallbeIslamic，sotheywouldpersuadeorforceotherstojoinIslam。Thepeoplewhoresistsofitwouldbeconsideredasoutsider。Inthiscase，thereisahugeriskofanexplosionofamassacre。Therefore，theinternationalsocietyshouldallkeepeyesontheawakingofIslamic，especiallytheIslamicextremistsorganizationsandplanforsolutionsforthesakeofpreventanoccurofgenocide。
　　TodayinMaghreb，indeedNorthAfrica，theIslamicregimewasbeinglargerandlarger。However，atthefirstplace，Islamicpowerwasweakandsuppressedbythesecularism。Thesecularismruledthecountriesbyauthoritarian，similartooligarchy，whichmeansthepowerwasonlyinthehandsofrelativelysmallelites。Foralongtime，NorthAfricanpopulistwasoppressiveandthey’retransformingthestatefromauthoritariantoamoredemocraticorder。Algeria’sexperienceshowssomeimprovementsofIslamicpoliticalregimesanddemocracy。In19601970，thesecularismusehydrocarbongeneratingasaspringboardandtryingtomakethecountrymoreadvancedthanitsneighbors。Thehydrocarbongeneratingbenefitpopulistbycreatingmorejobs，sothisincreasedthepurchasingpowerofcitizens。Withsubsidiesofnationalgovernment，thegeneralpriceofgoodsdecreased。Astheeconomicgrowth，governmentalsoprovidecitizenshealthcareandeducationsystem，sothattheyassuretheAlgerianyouthwereschooledandtrained。However，inmid1980s，theoilpricecollapsed。Thisrepresentthehydrocarbongeneratingagendawasended。Thefailureofhydrocarbongeneratedagendacausedmoreandmoremiddleclassyouthweresociallymarginalized。Theinsistentdemandformoreeconomicfreedomsevolvedintoanationalwideriots，in1988。Ontheotherhand，thisopenedagateforIslamicsanentrancetopoliticstage。
　　TheIslamicSalvationFront（ISF）openedupthepoliticalbenefitsofIslamicparties。Sincetheconstitutionwasamendedin1989，nearly60partieswerelegalized。TheamendmentalsoabolishedtheonepartycontrolledthestatebytheNationalLiberationFront（FLN）in1962。From19901991，theIFSfaroutperformeditscompetitorsincludingFLNwetherinlocal，regionalornationalelections。TheIFSattractedawiderangeofblockedmiddleclassandsociallymarginalizedlowerclasses。TheIFSalsoappealstomanygroupstobedisillusionedbythecorruption，opaquenessandmanipulationofthegovernment。WhilesomemiddleclasswashopingtoreformthegovernmentbyjoiningtheIFS，thelowerclassesalreadyhadamoreradicalscheduletoeliminatetherulingclass。In1992，FISwasonthevergeofadecisiveelectoralvictoryatthepolls。NothingwouldbemoredramaticthantheoccurringoftheAlgerianarmystagedacoupandcancelledtheelectionresults。Moreover，theybannedtheIFSandabolishedtheamendedconstitution，replacedwithmartiallaw。ThedramaticfailureofIFSincentivessomeradicalwings。Theradicalwingsinitiateaninsurgencyinthecountryside。Thishadresultdifferentstagesofviolenceandterrorism，morethan200，000peopledeadinthisevent。AftertheIFSfallfromitsculminate，manyalternativegroupappears。MovementforaSocietyofPeace（MSP）isthemostfamousone。TheMSPsolidifyitsregimebyofferingtheMSP’smiddleclassbaseremunerativeeconomicoptions。ThisIslamistpartydoesn’tShowmuchinterestedondemocraticdevelopment。MSPismoreinterestedinenhanceitseconomicstatus。TheMSPregimehasconstructedAlgeriaanIslamicsocietybyboardcastingIslamicprogramsonTVandradio。
　　AlthoughthoseeventsaboveoccurredinAlgeria，however，ithasinfluencedtheotherMaghrebcountries。InSep14，2012。TheTunisMuslimswereincentivesbytheAmericanshortfilmthat’saboutmockingIslam。IslamicradicalsattackedtheamericanEmbassyviolently。AfterSalafistsdestroyedsomeembassycompound，theyburnedandreplacedtheAmericanflagbyablackSalafistflag。BacktoAlgeriacivilwar，terroristAlQaedaintheIslamicMaghreb（AQIM）haveemergedintheaftermathoftheviolentcivilwarinAlgeria，thisleadtonearly200，000people’sdeathoveratenyearperiod。MilitantSalafistsandquittershasbeenconsideredasthelatterandthehardcoreofAQIM。AlthoughAQIMseemedtobeanAlgerianIssue，however，noMaghrebcountryescapedfromAQIMterroristattack。AQIMlaunchedattackhadinfluencedtheAlgeriaitself，Libya，Tunisia，Morocco，Mali，MauritaniaevenwesternSahara。AstheregimebecamemoreandmoredemocracyinMaghreb，it’simpossibletowipeoutorlimitIslamicregimeandextremeterrorist。WiththeexistenceandriseofAQIM，moreandmoresimilarorganizationsrise。Suchas：EastTurkistanIslamic，ISISandsoon。
　　AsaresultwecanseethatmostoftheterroristswereIslamists，however，notalltheIslamistsareterrorist。Areligionwouldmakepartofthesocietyextreme，thussometimeswewouldbeterrifiedbyareligion。However，weshouldnotdemonizetheIslamorIslamists，partiallyoftheextremistswerejusttwistedtheoriginalmeaningofsomereligiousofKoran。IslamicextremistsbelievedallthepeopleintheworldshouldbeIslamic，andmanytimestheywoulduseviolenteventerroristtoolstoachievetheirachievements。Inthiscasetheyactuallyforgot，theKoransays：YoushouldusepositiveandbeautifullanguagetomakepeopleacceptIslamideology。Also，theKoransuggestedtobecompatible，IbelievenoonewouldtakeviolenceattackasabeautifullanguageandnoonewouldthinkthefightbetweensecularandMuslimsascompatible。AlthoughtherearemanyIslamicextremistsinIslam，butthere’sstillanamountofnonextreme，piousMuslims。TheinternationalsocietyshouldhelpandcollaboratewiththosenonextremeMuslimstoboardcastthepuristessenceofIslamfromKorantopopulistandextremists。ThisisawaytochangehowIslamicextremistsunderstandtheirreligion。Biasviewonmuslimsexistsininternationalsociety，boardcastingtheessenceofKorancouldalsocleartheprejudice。Thisisimportantbecauseifpeopledoesn’tholdprejudicetomuslims，themuslimswouldn’tberepulsedandbecomeextreme。Also，peoplewouldn’ttryingtomakeirritants（FilmInnocenceofMuslimsfromU。S。）tomuslimsandcausedthesecuritythreat。Internationalgovernment（UN）shouldmakeinternationalmemberscometoaconsensusofstopanyformofprovokingIslamandMuslims。
　　Second，defensingIslamicterroristshouldnotonlyrelyingontheUN。Neighboringcountriesshouldcollaborateandmakeamilitarydefensingplanoncetheterroristhasthreatenthesecurity。Thedefenseplanshouldhavebackups，whichmeansaPlanB。Anythingwouldhappenoncetheemergencysituationoccurred。Thedefenseplanshouldconsideraboutdifferentsituationsandbeasperfectasitcan。Anotablepointofthedefenseplanis：thisisonlyadefenseplan，neverattackstheterroristsinitiatively。Inneighboringcountries，thestrongercountryshouldgivemilitarysupporttotheweakercountries。Militarysupportshouldn’tbelimitedinmunitionsandfinancesupport，militarysupportshouldalsoinclude：Militarytraining，Defensestrategies。
　　Third，inordertomaketheconnectionbetweenneighborcountriesstronger，governmentshouldusethepowerfultoolcommerce。Commercecanconnectcountriestogethereconomically，whichcanprovidematerialandfinancesupportindirectlytotheparticipator。Ascommerceconsideredasatooltosolidifyinternationalrelationships，itcanalsobeusedasaweapontobreakrelationships。UNmembersshouldmakeconsensus（resolution）toboycottanyformofprovideIslamicterroristsupport，includingbutnotlimitincommerceandpublicity。Anycountrywhichdefaultthisresolutionwillbeisolatedwethereconomicallyorpoliticallybytheinternationalsociety。
　　Forth，everyinpidualnationalgovernmentshouldalsopromulgatethesimilarlawtoitscountry：forbidanyformofsupportingactionsforwardtoIslamicterrorists，ortheywillbeconsideredasaccessaryoffendersandpunishedbythelaw。Thesupportdoesnotlimitinanyformsoranymedia。Ifthepublicitywasshowedbyamassmediawhichneedinteriortoaudit，liketelevision，radio，newspaper，magazines，thenationalgovernmentwereentitledtobanthepublisherandpunishtheauditorbylaw。Ifthepublicitywasshownbytheformofmassmediadoesnotneedaudit，likeFacebook，Twitter，WechatMoment，thelegalliabilitywouldbecommittotheinpidualpromulgator。Theaccountwillalsobeblockedoutbythenetworkadministrator。Thepeoplewhoparticipateinreportingterroristactivitieswouldgetrewardsastheinformationverified。Also，governmentswasresponsiblefortheirprivacy。
　　Last，stronglysuggestsUNtomakepoliciesforpunishmenttowardstheterroristoffenderinarationalandhumaneway。Onceanygovernmentorinpidualscapturedtheterroristoffenderoraccessoryoffender，everydecisionofpunishmenttowardstheterroristoffendersshouldfollowtheinternationalandnationallaw。Inthiscase，anyforminanylevelofmaltreat，humiliate，illegalextortconfessionsbytortureandotherthingsthatinvolvedininvalidoffender’shumanrightinwereforbid。Legitimatedefensewerealoudoncetheoffenderwasthreateningthesecurity。
　　Inconclusion，thisessaywasnotcondemningtheIslamicreligion。Firstofall，I’mnotholdingagainsttoanyreligion。Inversely，myopinionis：religionandbelievesarenice，theywillgivepeoplehopeifthelevelofreligionandbelieveisneutral。Asthebelieversgetextremetotheirreligionandcynical，thebelieverswasthenconsideredasapotentialthreat。Anyreligionshouldn’tbedemonizedbytheminoritiesfromitsextremists。However，towipeoutthesethreateninoursocietyisliketryingtowipeoutthehornets’nest，wewanttogetridofthethreatbutminimizetheharmtoourselves。Astheinternationalsocietycollaborateanddevelopedamoreadvancedsolution，theinternationalsecuritywillbemoreandmoresolid。
