公告广州市花都区人民医院就诊告知书（第三版）

　　尊敬的各位市民朋友：
　　您好！为进一步落实国家对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控工作的部署，切实做好外防输入、内防反弹各项防控工作，确保广大患者及家属安全、有序就诊，现将有关事项告知如下：
　　1hr所有进入医院人员均监测体温；
　　2hr所有进入医院人员均正确佩戴口罩；
　　3hr境外人员、发热患者就医请主动上报给医务人员；
　　4hr所有进入医院的患者，请如实填写《新型冠状病毒肺炎流行病学史问卷》后交预检分诊人员签名后，出示给接诊医生，最后并由医生保存留档；
　　5hr所有新入院患者，病情允许情况下，需完成新冠病毒咽拭子采样，待结果阴性后方可入院；（咽拭子结果在采集后24小时凭就诊人员身份证医保卡在3号楼1楼服务台领取）；
　　6hr无特殊情况病房原则不留陪人，确需陪护固定陪人的凭陪护卡出入病区，并配合监测体温。
